Our Development Process

INTRODUCTION

The most successful companies, whether national or multinational, will be those companies who can determine changing needs on timely basis, and develop and adopt relevant actions. In recent years, happenings in Turkey and in the world explicitly confirm that the change is necessary.

For any organization to be able to meet customer expectations with speed and quality and at reasonable price, each department of the organization should operate in harmony, flow of information within the departments of the organization should be effective, and repetitive activities within the organization should be reduced. Abandonment of traditional management mentality and adoption of customer focused process mentality will be helpful to achieve this objective.

Change

Narrowed usage period of technology has brought about the habit of "use and throw away", and as a result, relations of individuals with commodities and services which had been purchased by them have become a temporary and short-term one. In such a situation, change is inevitable. At all times, high performance has been the main expectation and concern of all organizations. However, at all times, performance has not been defined similarly by all organizations. Certain companies consider profits and some others market share as the performance indicator. Some times it is the quality or the cost or the customers and or the productivity which have been the focus of performance. Today, organizations are living in a demanding and continuously changing environment. Today's business world often faces complexity, speed, unstableness and uncertainty. For this reason, main struggle of an organization who wishes to attain performance is, first of all, to be able to cope with change. An organization that can not succeed to cope with change will not have a chance to succeed anything else.

In summary, coping with change is now prerequisite of attaining performance. Organizations who wish to cope with change should be able to change and to renew themselves. This is called as organizational flexibility. Flexibility for an organization is
its capacity to respond to environmental instability. From this point of view, only and only flexible organizations can attain performance.
